What's behind the name?
Ōtori, like many Japanese words, is a compound: Tori means "bird", while Ō- as a prefix generally means "large". There are a few kanji (or calligraphy characters) that translate to Ōtori- the one Tim selected for his logo also contains an element that means "water", and literally translates to "large wild bird" (like a goose or crane.)
